Music Licensing & Permissions
We strive to ensure all content on our platform is hosted with proper authorisation. Our approach includes:
- Seeking written No Objection Certificates (NOC) from copyright holders before hosting their content.
- Displaying full artist credits and copyright notices alongside every song.
- Acknowledging both composition rights (lyrics & melody) and sound recording rights (master recordings) separately.
- Promptly removing or crediting any content upon a valid copyright request.
DMCA Content Removal Policy
If you are a copyright owner, or an authorised agent of a copyright owner, and you believe that any content on Naomi Gospel Stream infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to us.
Your Takedown Notice Must Include:

We will respond to all valid takedown requests within 72 hours and remove the content promptly.
Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that content removed due to a DMCA notice was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification including:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed content and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Naomi Gospel Stream will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright, in appropriate circumstances. We take copyright infringement seriously and will take action against any user who repeatedly uploads or shares content without proper authorisation.
